From the metaphoric ashes of Chicago's legendary Atlas Brewing Company rose Burnt City Brewing, a fun and bolder place to have a great beer, hang with friends, and persevere. Drafts change regularly, and guests can expect the same delicious pub fare with every visit, starting with pretzels with beer cheddar fondue or their Totchos (tater tots with fondue, bacon, scallions, tomatoes, cilantro crema, and the option for smoked meats) and end with the Burnt City Burnt Ends -- a full half-pound of twice-smoked brisket with a side of mac and cheese and Texas toast.
