"This is place is a hidden gem. Great house beer selection with some nice house-made gruits, porters, stouts, pale ales, and hefeweizens. I particularly liked the Queen Mojo, an amber gruit with colts foot, meadow sweet, and Queen Anne's lace. We also loved the food -- The Lotus (a veggie rice bowl), What the Duck! (best sandwich in Portsmouth), and Hog Heaven (a sandwich for pork lovers). Already planning on coming back for the absinthe."

"First, the beers are unique and tasty. Let the staff know it's your first time and they'll find something for you or get a flight and try them all. Also, they have a delightful little cocktail list now, it must be recent because I don't remember that being the case the last time. Second, they have a decent and tasty food menu.
