Enzo and Angela Battarra, previous owners of Ristorante Positano both on Main Street, Santa Monica and West Los Angeles, have been cooking together since they met in Positano, Italy in 1980! Everything they prepare in their restaurant is made using the freshest meats and fish, and the most genuine Italian products. Among the many specialties created by Enzo are unique dishes with meat, fish, ravioli and gnocchi -- the salmone al forno is a baked dish of tender salmon in a white wine sauce.
