The atmosphere is incredible -- an inviting space with modernistic urban-chic decor. Tama offers a few tables for when you want to dine in, but most customers opt for take-out and delivery. The menu covers everything from snacks and quick bites to specialties and sweets, so there's something to satisfy your every mood. Market-fresh, sauteed seasonal vegetables or the Pinoy popcorn chicken with choice of dip are tasty starters. Follow them up with house specialties like smoked mackerel, beef tongue with smoked mushrooms, pork belly with coconut and chilies, and the chicken adobo with its savory combination of vinegar, soy sauce, black pepper, and garlic. Finish up in style with the tempting maja (coconut milk custard, jackfruit, pistachio) or the Brazo de Mercedes (soft meringue roll, purple yam filling) desserts. While dinner is served every night except Monday, Tama also features a bunch menu from noon until 3 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
