Powering Community Through Programmatic: A Mogl Impact Story
At Mogl, we believe in using our talents to serve something greater. Each quarter, we partner with a different non-profit organization as a part of our Mogl Impact sector. Our recent collaboration with the Posner Center is a perfect example of that mission in action.
Today, it is common to work from home or hop on a phone call rather than meet in-person. Although virtual environments are crucial to stay connected to global co-workers and partners, an in-person space also creates significant value for individuals and the surrounding community.
Since Mogl deeply believes in the importance of in-person partnership, our team was naturally drawn to the Posner Center’s mission for our 2026 Q1 Mogl Impact partnership.
The Posner Center is a co-working hub for mission driven work, bringing together organizations and individuals to promote collaboration, positive change, and education. The space is located in Denver’s historic Curtis Park neighborhood, and even features amenities like a community garden.
Colorado-based non-profits have the opportunity to become tenants at the Posner Center. This is not only a workspace for their individual team, but an opportunity for cross-functional collaboration.
Posner Center x Mogl Partnership
COVID-19 hit Posner Center’s co-working space hard, and they were looking to build back up their community. That is where Mogl came in. Our goal of the campaigns was to drive awareness, reach and to increase website visitors.
We ran a multi-channel Digital-Out-Of-Home (DOOH) and Display campaign, and targeted the below audiences:
- Co-working Space Visitors
- Non-Profit Professionals
- Social Impact & Community Leaders
- Writers/Artists
Key Statistics:
- Total Impressions: 874,401
- Unique Reach: 405,901
- Conversions: 318 (website visitors)
Throughout the Mogl Impact partnership, our team optimizes towards the highest performing audiences and locations, utilizing both manual and Koa-driven (AI) updates. When the campaign wraps up, our team meets with our impact partner to discuss key learnings and insights that they can use for their future business decisions. For the Posner Center, Social Impact + Community Leaders and Co-working Space Visitors saw the highest conversions. (For context, this signifies someone in these groups that saw a Posner Center display advertisement and then went to the Posner Center website.)
DOOH as a Growth Channel
For Mogl Impact, it was the first time we incorporated DOOH into our multi-channel strategy. DOOH is a great channel for driving awareness and to show up on geographically-relevant billboards, and we frequently use it in our Mogl Growth campaigns. For the Posner Center campaign, we were able to target billboards in the Denver and Boulder areas. Additionally, the Posner Center was able to target billboards around the Denver Performing Arts Center, a key area of focus for them. With The Trade Desk’s capabilities, we are able to target specific geographic locations and billboard categories (highways, POS, public transit etc.)

Attending the Analog Salon
A big initiative for the Posner Center is their monthly Analog Salon.
The Analog Salon event brings the community together for a night of storytelling through music and creativity. Our team was able to attend the Analog Salon, featuring Brandi McMichael, and we were able to experience the magic of their space and network. During the event, they give local businesses the opportunity to sell their products, and the guest performer takes the audience on a journey through their life experiences.
