Emma has also had the opportunity to take on projects beyond her day-to-day responsibilities, including helping prepare platform demos for prospective clients.

“Being able to do demos for sales prospects helped me prepare and grow. It’s not just learning from Client Services — you get exposure to the sales team too.”

The goal of the program is not only to help associates grow, but also to continuously improve the program itself.

One program Emma is especially passionate about is Mogl Impact, the company’s initiative focused on giving back to the community. Through Mogl Impact, Emma was able to take on new responsibilities and support the launch of her first campaign.

“Being able to help set up my first campaign through Mogl Impact was such a cool opportunity. I care a lot about service and giving back to the community, and it’s amazing that Mogl integrates that into the work we do.”
