Summer Summit 2026: Focus Forward in Denver

Last week, the Mogl team gathered in our home base of Denver, Colorado for our 2026 Summer Summit. Centered around the theme Focus Forward, the week was designed to align our vision, challenge our workflows, and hone our strategies for the second half of the year.

To navigate today’s fast-paced digital landscape, AI took center stage at this year's summit. Throughout the week, team members shared how they’re integrating AI into their daily roles to optimize efficiency and drive real business growth for our clients.

More than anything, Summer Summit reinforced the shared values that continue to shape our culture. Those values came to life through the connections we built and the moments we shared as a team.

Summit Highlights

• Day 1: We kicked things off with a motivating founder address and cross-departmental updates, followed by friendly team games to keep the energy high. In the afternoon, we dived into a hands-on AI workshop led by our Mogl Data team to showcase how we're leveraging new tech to optimize workflows. We capped off the day by trading laptops for aprons in a collaborative team cooking class, making gyoza, spicy tuna handrolls, and Asian fried chicken.
• Day 2: The morning featured strategic insights from our business units—with a special spotlight on our Commerce division—and an inspiring fireside chat with Lee Mayer, CEO of Havenly. In the afternoon, we volunteered with The Gathering Place, a wonderful local non-profit supporting individuals experiencing poverty and homelessness. We closed out the summit that night alongside our partners at The Trade Desk to celebrate our H1 successes over a competitive round of darts.

Looking Ahead

We left the Mile High City feeling hyper-focused, closely aligned, and ready to dominate the rest of the year.

Whether our team members are based out of our Denver HQ, our London office, or working remotely across the globe, our semi-annual summits are the heartbeat of our culture. We are incredibly proud of what we achieved in the first half of this year, and we are officially ready to Focus Forward on everything that lies ahead in 2026!
