Last week, our team gathered in Cancun, Mexico for our 2026 Winter Summit, and it was everything a summit should be: intentional, energizing, and genuinely fun.

This year’s theme centered on greatness. What does it mean to be great - not just as a company, but as individuals? Throughout the week, we reflected on personal stories, pulled inspiration from brands we admire, and connected those ideas back to how we show up for our clients and each other every day. The conversations were honest, motivating, and a reminder that greatness isn’t a finish line, it’s a mindset.

A Week of Collaboration, Learning, and Fun

The summit struck the perfect balance between meaningful work and memorable experiences. We collaborated, learned from one another, and strengthened relationships - while also fully leaning into the magic of being together in Cancun.

From a silent disco and beachside yoga, to snorkeling, beach time, and a catamaran trip to Isla Mujeres, the week was filled with moments that reminded us how important it is to recharge and celebrate alongside our teammates. These shared experiences are what make our culture special and our work stronger.

Celebrating Excellence: The Awards Ceremony

One of the most meaningful moments of the week was our awards ceremony - an opportunity to recognize individuals who truly embody what greatness looks like at our company.

The Ascent Award

Our highest honor, The Ascent Award, was awarded to David Wroten, Associate Director of Programmatic Trading.

If you’ve ever worked with David, you know exactly why this was so well deserved. His deep knowledge of The Trade Desk platform, combined with his constant willingness to lend a helping hand, makes him an invaluable resource for both our clients and our team. David consistently raises the bar, and we couldn’t think of a better recipient for this award.

Values Awards

We also recognized team members who exemplify our core values:

• Selflessness Award – Brandon Brooks, Lead Trading Specialist:
  Brandon truly knows his stuff - and goes above and beyond every single day for our clients. His dedication, generosity with his time, and commitment to excellence make a real impact.
• Curiosity Award – Caroline Anderson, Account Manager:
  Caroline is the definition of a lifelong learner. While she excels as an Account Manager, her curiosity extends far beyond her role - from web UX to our Mogl Data division. Her desire to keep learning inspires everyone around her.
• Persistence Award – Conor Berry, Sales Development Representative:
  Conor is persistence personified - never giving up on outreach, showing up motivated every day, and setting the standard for dedication and drive. We can’t wait to see where his career takes him!

Looking Ahead

We left Cancun feeling optimistic, energized, and ready to take on 2026 together.

Winter Summits hold a special place for us. They’re a reason to gather (whether you work from our Denver HQ, our London office, or remotely across the U.S.) to collaborate, reflect, and celebrate what we’re building together.

Next up: Summer Summit in Colorado. And as for our next Winter Summit destination? That’s still to be decided - but after Cancun, 2026 will be hard to beat.
